1. Information Collection: The Personally Identifiable Information We Collect

HelpAttack! may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of its assets, including your Personal Information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy.
4. Changing or Deleting Your Information
All registered users may review, update, correct or delete the Personal Information provided in their registration or account profile by making changes on the settings page. If you completely delete all such information, then your account may become deactivated.
HelpAttack! is very concerned with safeguarding your information. We employ reasonable measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access. We cannot, however, guarantee the security of any information you transmit via the Website and you do so at your own risk. We do not warrant that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.

This Website is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
