You aren’t donating to HelpAttack!  In fact, we don’t hold your money for any period of time, or earn interest on it.  First Giving, our partner, is in the business of delivering your donation efficiently, quickly, and securely to your cause.   HelpAttack!’s business is in building great ways to give using social media.  We know that security and efficiency are extremely important, and we choose partners who do the best possible job.

HelpAttack!’s donation forms are protected by SSL (look for HTTPS in your browser URL when donating).

Your data that we do collect is safe.  We retrieve only the information we need to count your social media activity and drive the other features of HelpAttack!  We don’t share your Facebook or Twitter content with anyone, and we don’t share your information with your cause if you don’t want us to.

HelpAttack! is efficient

Looking at transaction costs by percentage, HelpAttack! is around the middle of the pack for online giving tools.   There are no setup, monthly, or per transaction fees at HelpAttack!, just a percentage.  If the causes using our site do well, then we can keep operating.  It’s that simple.
