Business Development Associate

More than 300 billion dollars are donated to nonprofits every year in the US.  Online giving needs to grow at least as fast as direct mail and phone solicitations are decreasing, and HelpAttack! should be on the forefront of that growth.  Up for a challenge?
  • Perform market research (employee giving, cause marketing, and others), educate yourself, and help educate the rest of the team about how to approach and support organizations within those markets.
  • Help create and maintain a high rate of customer and partner satisfaction.
  • Initiate, support, and close sales with larger clients and important partners.
  • Use industry standard CRM tools day to day to track detail & progress (Zoho CRM)

Marketing and Sales Intern

HelpAttack! has launched, it works, and now it can grow.  That’s where you come in!  We need a few marketing and sales interns to help get the word out, learn about our clients and customers, and ultimately to establish a great new way of giving to nonprofits.

You can:

  • Help refine and improve marketing and sales materials.
  • Initiate, participate in, and run demos and other calls with nonprofits, partners, and other organizations.
  • Perform market research in employee giving, corporate social responsibility, nonprofits, advocacy, and other areas.

You should:

  • Communicate well – in writing, in person, and on the phone.
  • Be responsible
  • Regularly use social media tools like Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Have the confidence to invent, test, and learn from new ways of doing your job

Website Tester

User testing is where we watch you use HelpAttack!  That’s it!  It’s so valuable for us to see real people who have never used HelpAttack! before (or maybe have only used it a little bit) interact with the site and tell us what they like and don’t like.

Want to help us user test?  We will pay you $10 for 20-30 minutes of your time.  Email us at testing@helpattack.com and we’ll set something up:  Either one of our regular sessions or ad hoc at a coffee shop.

If you do plan to participate, and have not yet started using HelpAttack!, please wait!  Your first impressions are the most valuable.

If it’s OK with you, we might record the session on video, audio, or as a screencast.  If that’s not OK, we won’t.
