- Perform market research (employee giving, cause marketing, and others), educate yourself, and help educate the rest of the team about how to approach and support organizations within those markets.
- Help create and maintain a high rate of customer and partner satisfaction.
- Initiate, support, and close sales with larger clients and important partners.
- Use industry standard CRM tools day to day to track detail & progress (Zoho CRM)
